Child and Adolescent Counseling

Young children and adolescents, especially, benefit from strong familial bonds and emotional support during their formative years. But, it isn’t always easy to uphold these structures in times of crisis, change, or uncertainty. At Freedom Counseling, we use a number of techniques – TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and narrative therapies – to help build strong familial bonds, healthy attachment, and a foundation of emotional awareness and expression.
